Christmas? I Guess So...

I'm having a hard time believing that it is Christmas because the weather isn't cooperating with the season here in Williamsburg (or in Michigan from what i hear). Today as I busted out my shorts again so I didn't get too hot out on the links this afternoon, I thought, "it just doesn't feel right that I'm out here when Christmas is less than a week away." Then, as a perfect breeze blew over my head (I don't have hair for it to rustle except on my back) I thought to myself, "But why complain when it is so heavenly." 76ยบ, school is out, I'm playing golf (today and again in the morning), I've got my shorts on, and I still get to open presents next Monday. How is this such a bad plan? (quoting, of course, Jacopo from The Count of Monte Cristo).

Just think--you could be battling wind and cold, ear infections, eye infections, diahrrea and vomit all day everyday and though it does help it feel like Christmas, it doesn't help me sleep at night. I'd trade--except you don't get to play jack your mother wants you with Fred Spackman and I do!
