My apologies if the coloration of this page induces such feelings in any of you, but it was the only way to get us all in the true spirit of the holiday. then again, who am i kidding? none of you actually look at the blog page anymore. you simply read the email, hit delete, and return to your boring blog-less lives.
On a brighter note, Jim, our weatherman, is dead. we've been on spring break this week and until today, the weather has been perfect. we went to historic Jamestowne on wednesday--our first time there since moving here. there are two "jamestowns" here: the first is called historic jamestowne and it is a national park and is the true site of the first landing and fort in 1607; the second is called jamestown settlement and it is just an imitation of the original. we visited the latter jamestown in january and i sent some pictures then. the link below will show you our visit to the true jamestowne.

I read it Jess! I actually like the color and yes I feel like vomiting but not necessarily from the blog. I can't wait to see your kids in person! They are so cute 2D I can't imagine what they look like in 3DHD!

I always look at the blog! It's true that I have somewhat of a blogless life, but I'm so glad you don't! You keep things interesting and fun---it's been your job your whole life! You are really good at it! Don't worry, we won't be blogless forever! Your kids are so dang cute! I love you guys and can't wait until may!!!!!
Those are the cutest pictures! I think the rest of you better get busy and upload some pics, either to the blog spot or picasa, or else Jesse's going to win the cutest kids contest by default! Dad and I actually have the cutest kids (inclucing their spouses!) and the cutest grandkids, but the rest of you can keep trying to take over the first place spot if you want.
