Taking my turn at surgery

My soccer game got a little intense last night, and I ended up in the Davis ER.  Nat got this picture while the three-fingered doc was patching me up.  I tried to get her to glue it at home, or hold the mirror while I did it, but she didn't like either of those ideas.

That is a pretty sweet battle wound! I showed Tyler and it made him want to throw up! :) hope it heals fast...wish I could have seen that game!!

Holy Cow!! How stitches did you have to get? I am wondering what kind of awesome moves on the field scored you that trophy? Maybe I should think twice about you teaching Kaden everything you know?! :) I hope you heal quick and you seriously need to let us all in on the details of how it happened, or maybe nat could! We love you!

Very nice! Let me guess, it was your turn to sit out and some kids were playing on the bleachers, throwing stuff at each other, and you got clocked with a stray missile....

Women are funny that way...they won't let you just tough it out. I remember returning home from a ski trip with a gash in my head and being immediately sent back out the door to the ER. Like yours, it was merely a flesh wound...

Okay---I guess I should look at my email more often. Actually, we were at the temple until 10pm last night, so I missed out on the excitement! I was wondering why you were wearing that hat when I came over today, Chris----I can't believe you didn't say anything! (Well, actually I can believe it....). You always did give soccer your all!
